Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately in accordance with established procedures.

No – each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Surga55 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses. This policy exists to ensure fairness for all members and to prevent misuse of the Surga55 bonus system. The 100% bonus will be credited to your account instantly once your deposit is confirmed. Be sure to read the rollover terms that apply to this offer before accepting – all conditions are clearly outlined on the Surga55 promotions page.

If you haven't received your OTP within 2 minutes, first check that the phone number you entered is correct. Make sure your phone has a good signal and is not in Do Not Disturb mode. If the issue persists after two attempts, contact the Surga55 support team via 24/7 live chat with your phone number and our team will resolve it promptly.
